Hiring for 2 recruiters.
1) Retail Background
2) Manufacturing and head office based recruiter.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with line managers to understand recruitment needs and prepare job descriptions.
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth induction of new employees.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail or manufacturing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Must have worked with HRIS and HR Tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Reatail recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Manufacturing Sector recruitment : 1 year (Preferred)
