Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant with strong sales experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing new client relationships, and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients to build new business opportunities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across industries.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to offer acceptance.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and placement targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment and sales/business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Prior experience in a recruitment agency is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
