Job Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and manage recruitment processes for white-collar and executive positions
• Conduct competency-based behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Administer and evaluate English language proficiency tests
• Apply and interpret personality assessments and report findings
• Manage candidate communication and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates, representing the employer brand

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Advanced proficiency in English (oral, written, and capable of conducting language assessments)
• Experience in white-collar and executive recruitment
• Expertise in competency-based interviewing techniques
• Knowledge and experience in administering personality inventories
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Energetic, solution-oriented, and a team player
