Recruitment Specialist

Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing tools, and interview techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
