Position Overview

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract, source, and hire top talent for the bank. This role requires strong knowledge of recruitment, best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and in line with the bank’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to arrange interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and ensure accurate reporting of hiring activities. Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with Qatari labor laws, banking regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the bank as an employer of choice in the local and regional markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office, and online recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
