Recruitment Specialist

Job description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Act as a Talent Acquisition Partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, hiring advice, and recruitment strategies
  • Lead and support nationalisation recruitment initiatives in UAE in line with local labor laws and quotas
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, and coordinate interview processes with stakeholders
  • Attend and support interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both hiring managers and candidates
  • Serve as a ambassador in the talent market, promoting the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities
  • Continuously enhance hiring manager and candidate experience through efficient, transparent, and agile recruitment practices
  • Contribute to and support employer branding initiatives, career events, and market presence in the GCC
