Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support the hiring process by identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment experience.


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain and update candidate databases

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

• Assist in preparing job offers and onboarding processes

• Track recruitment progress and prepare reports


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
