Recruitment Specialist — IT Hiring

ABOUT THE ROLE

EccentricOne is an IT-focused company headquartered on Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Our recruitment team directly supports hiring for active IT and technology accounts and we are expanding.

We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for our IT and technology business units. You will manage high-volume pipelines, work directly with hiring managers, and be a key driver of our team's growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the complete recruitment cycle for IT and technology roles — from job brief to offer acceptance
• Manage bulk hiring pipelines across multiple simultaneous roles with tight turnaround timelines
• Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Rozee.pk), social media, direct outreach, and referrals
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit criteria
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and collect structured feedback
• Maintain an organised, up-to-date candidate tracker and recruitment dashboard
• Ensure every candidate — selected or rejected — receives a professional, timely response

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Demonstrated experience in bulk hiring (multiple positions, simultaneous pipelines)
• Hands-on experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
• Availability for evening shift: 3 PM – 12 AM, Monday to Saturday (on-site)
• Strong English communication and candidate management skills

Preferred:

• Familiarity with IT role requirements (developers, QA engineers, support specialists)
• Prior use of Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Rozee.pk as primary sourcing tools
• Experience maintaining a structured ATS or recruitment tracker
