Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Referral Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing patient referrals, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring accurate documentation within the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage patient referrals from providers
• Verify patient insurance and referral requirements
• Coordinate with physicians, clinics, and insurance companies
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow up on pending referrals and ensure timely processing

Requirements:

• Experience in medical billing, referrals, or healthcare administration is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
