Experienced Female Call Center Representatives Required for Aesthetic Clinic

Location: DHA Phase 4.

We are looking for a professional, confident, and well-spoken Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate must have prior experience handling clients in the beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, or healthcare sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online messages professionally.
• Guide clients regarding treatments, procedures, packages, and pricing.
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
• Maintain client records and follow-up lists.
• Coordinate with doctors, aestheticians, and front desk for smooth clinic operations.
• Ensure high-level customer satisfaction and a welcoming experience for every client.
• Handle walk-in clients with confidence and provide treatment recommendations.
• Manage daily reports, bookings, and confirmations.
• Assist with clinic promotions, offers, and social media inquiries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Aesthetic Clinic, Dermatology Center, or Wellness is REQUIRED.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu).
• Strong customer handling and convincing ability.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments (HIFU, PRP, HydraFacial, Laser, Drips, etc.) is a big plus.
• Good command of WhatsApp Business, call handling & appointment scheduling.
• Presentable, disciplined, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
