To strengthen our leadership team in Salalah, we are seeking an experienced Refinery Process Manager to oversee refinery operations and drive process optimization.

Role Overview

The Refinery Process Manager will be responsible for managing refinery process units, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading initiatives to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align process strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee refinery process operations across all units.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to streamline processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in refining technologies and practices.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling for process operations.
  • Mentor and guide technical staff to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in refinery operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing refinery process units and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of refining technologies, process optimization, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO3,200.000 per month
