Refrigeration Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Refrigeration Technician to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of refrigeration systems, with a strong commitment to quality and safety. You will lead on-site projects, mentor junior technicians, and serve as a key technical resource for our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Commissioning: Lead the installation and commissioning of various refrigeration systems, including cold rooms, chillers, and specialized industrial refrigeration units, ensuring all work complies with local regulations and international standards.
• Maintenance and Repair: Conduct advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on complex refrigeration systems. Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical support and guidance to junior technicians, helping to resolve complex issues and improve overall team efficiency.
• Project Management: Oversee on-site project execution, including coordinating with clients, managing timelines, and ensuring all project deliverables are met to the highest standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Accurately complete service reports, maintenance logs, and project documentation. Communicate clearly with clients regarding work performed and system status.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a refrigeration technician, with a strong background in commercial and industrial systems.
• Proven expertise in advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex refrigeration circuits and control systems.
• A relevant vocational qualification or technical diploma in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of refrigeration principles, refrigerants, and industry-specific tools and equipment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license and a good command of English.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
