About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Channel Development Manager to expand and manage Atom Power’s sales network across Pakistan. You will play a key role in growing our market presence for locally assembled LFP & EV batteries, hybrid inverters, and solar components, by building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and installers.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development & Growth

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard distributors, dealers, and channel partners nationwide.
  • Develop regional channel strategies to boost coverage and market share.
  • Strengthen long-term partnerships to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Sales & Performance Management

  • Set and track KPIs for partners to drive channel sales.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to align channel targets with company objectives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports for management.

Training & Partner Support

  • Deliver training, workshops, and demos on Atom Power’s product portfolio and after-sales service.
  • Provide ongoing technical and marketing support to channel partners.

Market Expansion & Promotion

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Launch promotional campaigns and incentive programs for partners.
  • Expand Atom Power’s presence into Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with technical, operations, and customer support teams for smooth execution.
  • Ensure quality installations and after-sales support for channel-driven projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in channel sales (solar, energy, or power sector preferred).
Strong network of distributors, dealers, and installers within Pakistan’s solar market.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand distribution networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within Pakistan.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
