Regional LCS Project Manager

- Maintain entire customer satisfaction by being proactive in dealing with all queries and managing urgent issues with highest priority
- Liaise extensively with internal teams (sales, dispatching, engineering, purchasing, finance…) to ensure trouble-free project execution according to the established work practices and procedures in place
- Communicate intensively with customers to initiate the processing of new LCS orders, monitor spare parts and change parts deliveries, plan the technician teams onsite
- Take the lead directly from customer sites when it comes to installation and commissioning of complex LCS projects
- Develop the LCS business portfolio by achieving a thorough understanding of customer and market requirements and identifying new opportunities
- Follow-up on pre-sales projects, revise budget quotations and finalize hot projects with the customers to achieve the sales target together with the Head of LCS
- Be in direct contact with the headquarter teams in Germany for additional support and clarification
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on the quality of delivery, timeline and budget
- Handle all delegated LCS Projects across the MENA area, including traveling to customer sites whenever required
- Actively participate to internal process improvement activities and continuously provide “lessons learned” from customer sites
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent; PMP certification preferred
- Confirmed experience in Project Management (+5 years)
- Previous experience in managing complex projects, new machine installations & line relocation
- Technical knowledge of packaging machinery / Krones equipment experience is preferred
- Working experience in GCC/Iraq/Saudi Arabia and knowledge of the beverage and/or packaging machinery market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preffered
- Advance knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Ability to work with different cultures, team-player
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Strong analytical technical skills with persuasive power
- Business travel up to 30 %
- Knowledge of project management tools Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, Wrike
