Regional Manager – Retail & Sales Development - Rawalpindi

About the Role

Eco Gasoline (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Manager – Retail & Sales Development to lead, expand, and optimize retail fuel operations across the Rawalpindi region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, and brand standards across company-operated and dealer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage retail fuel stations within the assigned region
• Drive sales growth, volume targets, and retail margin improvement
• Implement retail sales development strategies and promotional plans
• Monitor station performance, KPIs, and compliance with company SOPs
• Lead, train, and evaluate Site Managers and regional staff
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales, stock, losses, and receivables
• Coordinate with Head Office on operations, finance, and marketing
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and OMC standards
• Identify new business opportunities and support network expansion

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA / BBA / B.Com preferred)
• Minimum 7–10 years experience in fuel retail, OMC, or FMCG sales operations
• Proven experience in regional management or area leadership
• Strong understanding of retail fuel operations, sales analytics, and controls
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting systems
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within region

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: Around PKR 150,000 per month based on Experience
