Regional Manager Sales

We are seeking a candidate with strong dealer and distribution network experience within the ceramics industry.

Position: Regional Manager Sales
Location: DHA, Lahore
Salary: Market Competitive + Benefits

Mandatory:

• Hands-on experience in ceramics / sanitary ware / tiles industry
• Proven dealer and distribution network experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Explore new business opportunities with dealers, distributors & corporate clients
• Maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders & contractors
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions
• Prepare sales reports for management

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing or a related field
• 12–15 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong network in construction / interior / retail sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset
