Position: Regional Manager Sales

Location: DHA, Lahore

Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field.

Experience: 12–15 years of relevant sales experience

Industry: Ceramics
Key Responsibilities:
-Hands-on experience in the ceramics / sanitary ware/tiles industry.

-Proven dealer and distribution network experience.

-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

-Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

-Explore new business opportunities with dealers, distributors & corporate clients.

-Maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders & contractors.

-Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

-Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.

-Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions.

-Prepare sales reports for management.

-Strong network in the construction/interior / retail sector.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset
