About the Role
We are looking for a
strong, strategic, and execution-driven Regional Marketing Manager
who will lead the full marketing function for all our categories:
Toys, Sports, Houseware, and CPG
across the Middle East & Africa region.
This is not a routine marketing role.
We need someone who understands
brand building, trade marketing, product launches, channel strategy, campaign execution, and retailer activation
— and who can manage the full marketing cycle from concept to shelf.
You will lead regional marketing strategy, coordinate with global licensors, manage brand guidelines, execute campaigns, develop POSM, and work closely with commercial teams, retail partners, and design teams.
You will also oversee digital marketing, content, e-commerce listings, and regional visibility across marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Category Leadership

Drive marketing strategy for all categories: Toys, Sports, Houseware, and CPG.

Own brand positioning, messaging, seasonal calendars, and annual marketing plans.

Develop launch strategies for new brands, product ranges, and private label collections.
Retail Marketing

Plan and execute regional retail activations, promotions, and in-store visibility.

Create planograms, POSM, PDQs, FSDUs, and all merchandising materials.

Work closely with GCC country teams to ensure consistent execution.
Digital & E-Commerce Marketing

Oversee digital marketing strategy for the region (performance ads, social media, influencers).

Lead content creation for e-commerce platforms (Noon, Amazon, Carrefour Online).

Optimize listings, pricing promotions, and campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work directly with commercial, product development, sourcing, supply chain, and design departments.

Support the Private Label department with branding, design, packaging, and launch planning.

Strengthen visibility and brand presence at major regional retailers.
Planning & Analytics

Build marketing budgets and track ROI on all campaigns.

Analyze category trends, competitor movements, and consumer insights.

Prepare weekly and monthly management reports on marketing performance.
Execution & Delivery

Ensure timely roll-out of campaigns across all markets.

Manage external partners: agencies, influencers, production houses, design teams.

Ensure all campaigns follow high-quality standards and meet deadlines.
Requirements

5–10 years of experience in regional marketing roles (preferably FMCG/CPG, Toys, Retail, or Consumer Goods).

Strong experience in both
brand building and trade marketing
.

Ability to manage multiple categories and brands simultaneously.

Proven track record launching products across GCC/MEA markets.

Strong English communication skills

Skilled in campaign planning, budgeting, merchandising, and digital marketing.

Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing project management tools.

Experience working with retailers, and e-commerce marketplaces.

Able to travel regionally for market visits, events, exhibitions, and retailer activations.
