Regional Marketing Manager - FMCG

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a growing organization operating within the FMCG sector. As part of its regional expansion plans, the company is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead and support marketing initiatives across key markets in Jordan and Egypt.

Role Overview

The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, and supporting commercial growth across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

• Lead brand positioning, communication, and campaign execution across markets

• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to support growth initiatives

• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity

• Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective execution

• Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the FMCG sector

• Regional marketing exposure within the Middle East is highly preferred

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
