We are looking for a Regional Procurement Responsible to take part in Regional Procurement Department located in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics and administrative sciences
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in similar positions
• Preferably knowledgeable and experienced in SAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Good command of English
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, with problem-solving, planning, and follow-up abilities

Job Description:

• Responsible for sourcing activities of categories managed at the regional level
• Participate in strategic sourcing projects with relevant stakeholders and support the Regional Procurement Team Leader
• Deliver high-quality sourcing activities on a daily basis in accordance with defined process flows, procedures, quality, quantity, and timing
• Execute strategic sourcing processes (e.g., spend analysis, market analysis, category sourcing strategy development, RFx processing, contract management and monitoring, price and risk management, etc.) in line with strategic and tactical category management principles in the regions
• Conduct analysis and comparisons related to costs, supplier performance, and risk management
• Interact with other relevant Procurement units, especially the Center of Excellence (CoE), regarding category sourcing and supplier management activities
• Engage with Requestors/Suppliers/Third Parties/Shared Services Center (SSC) based on relevant requests and mandatory tasks to be carried out at the regional level
• Monitor relevant reports and KPIs under responsibility and proactively take corrective actions for unmet targets
