Scaleup Connect is hiring for its client — a well-established international firm operating in the solar, inverter, and energy solutions sector. We are looking for a high-performing and strategically minded Regional Retail Manager to take full ownership of regional sell-out targets and channel development in Lahore. This is a senior field role designed for professionals who thrive in dynamic retail environments, understand installer ecosystems, and have a proven ability to drive brand growth at the ground level.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sell-out (SO) targets for the assigned region.
- Monitor sub-regional performance closely, identify gaps and underperforming areas, and provide timely support and solutions to local teams.
- Conduct regular market checks to ensure retail prices align with company pricing policy and take corrective action against violations.
- Establish, strengthen, and maintain long-term professional relationships with regional installers and key retail partners.
- Re-engage dormant installer resources and actively convert competitor installers to the brand through relationship-building and value propositions.
- Plan and execute offline engagement activities including product training sessions, technical workshops, and installer engagement events.
- Assist installers in resolving technical queries, after-sales issues, and day-to-day coordination challenges to ensure a seamless experience.
- Gather, analyze, and report field insights on market trends, competitor activities, pricing shifts, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
- Enhance brand visibility and strengthen the brand's position in the local market through superior retail execution and presence.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2–5 years specifically in retail sales, channel development, or installer management.
- Prior experience in the solar, inverter, battery, or electrical industries is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver regional sales targets independently.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence installer networks and retail partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with regular field visits, market checks, and hands-on regional management.
- Proficient in tracking performance metrics and preparing structured reports for management.
- A self-motivated leader who can work with minimal supervision and take full ownership of results.
