Job Overview

Scaleup Connect is recruiting on behalf of its client, an established international company operating in the solar, inverter, and energy solutions industry. They are seeking a results-driven and strategically focused Regional Retail Manager to manage regional sell-out performance and channel development in Lahore. This senior-level field role requires strong expertise in retail execution, installer networks, and driving brand growth at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sell-out targets within the assigned region.
  • Track sub-regional performance, identify gaps, and provide on-ground support to improve results.
  • Ensure retail pricing compliance by conducting regular market visits and addressing any pricing violations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional installers and key retail partners.
  • Reactivate inactive installers and convert competitor installers through engagement and value-driven approaches.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions, technical workshops, and installer engagement activities.
  • Support installers with technical guidance, after-sales issues, and operational coordination.
  • Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer insights.
  • Strengthen brand presence through effective retail execution and market visibility initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • 3–4 years of overall experience, including 2–5 years in retail sales, channel management, or installer-based roles.
  • Prior experience in solar, inverter, battery, or electrical industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to independently achieve regional sales targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with installer and retail communities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to conduct frequent field visits and manage regional operations hands-on.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and prepare structured reports.
  • Self-driven personality with strong ownership and leadership mindset.
