Job Description:

Revenue acceleration for Zone India is a pivotal function responsible to drive optimal Order to Revenue process including forecast inputs, tool development, drive process changes, enable/facilitate revenue execution across all the regions, drive revenue linearization, improve cycle time and be a pivotal point to coordinate the order to revenue cycle across all stakeholders in the organization.

The Revenue assurance function is led by the All-India Revenue Assurance Lead, supported by the regional revenue assurance managers who are based in the regions.

Job Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Enable optimal conversion cycle from Order acquisition to Revenue (Order to L600).
  • Be the pivotal contact in the region to facilitate actions to enable revenue conversion for the orders.
  • This includes close follow up, monitoring and driving decisive actions to facilitate revenue conversion on various topics including commercial, regulatory, site and customer aspects.
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders in the region and country management to solve the problems arising in revenue conversion cycle.
  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to improve the revenue process to create a sustainable long-term process for the organization.
  • Ensure linearized revenue for the region as per internal targets • Ensure consistent achievement of regional revenue forecasts.
  • Develop strong understanding of deal details, site readiness, equipment configuration and customer requirements and provide solutions.
  • Support All India topics and projects initiated by Country Revenue Assurance Manager.
  • Develop data transparency on each step of the ‘Opportunity – L600’ pathway for the deals in the region
  • Evolve robust follow up process that enables consistent revenue assurance and forecast adherence.
  • Actively leverage and adopt global/local tools/Best practices and platforms.
  • Prepare data points for revenue forecast with necessary inputs for robust achievable revenue forecast, balancing risks and opportunities.
  • Provide robust updates to Management and key stakeholders including emerging risks/opportunities.
  • Be the pivot for information sharing and coordination across stakeholders in the region.
  • Actively support development of Annual budgets (MTA/MBR) and monthly regional budgets

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in in relevant stream.
  • Relevant experience of 5-9 years in Med Tech sales.
  • Travel within the region will be involved.
