ProSUM Health is a clinician-led respiratory care company, focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes through advanced respiratory services and durable medical equipment.

We partner with physicians, hospitals, and specialty clinics to provide comprehensive respiratory solutions including PAP therapy, ventilators, oxygen therapy, airway clearance devices, and neuromuscular respiratory support.

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to drive referral growth, expand strategic partnerships, and help build our regional sales organization across Southern California.

This is not a typical territory role. We are looking for a leader who wants to build and own a region, help develop future sales representatives, and grow with a rapidly expanding healthcare company.

We are specifically seeking experienced healthcare sales professionals currently working in DME, respiratory, sleep therapy, or medical device sales who are ready for a larger growth opportunity.

What You'll Do - Drive Territory Growth

  • Develop and expand referral partnerships with pulmonologists, sleep clinics, hospitals, primary care physicians, and skilled nursing facilities
  • Conduct daily field visits to referral sources to promote ProSUM Health’s respiratory services
  • Promote respiratory and DME solutions including:
  • CPAP / BiPAP therapy
  • Oxygen therapy
  • Non-invasive ventilation
  • Home ventilators
  • Airway clearance therapy
  • Respiratory monitoring solutions

Build Strategic Relationships

  • Become a trusted partner to physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and respiratory departments
  • Conduct in-services and educational presentations for clinical teams
  • Maintain a strong presence within the territory through consistent field engagement

Lead Market Expansion

  • Identify new referral opportunities and high-value accounts
  • Provide leadership insight on territory development and competitive positioning
  • Assist leadership with recruiting and mentoring future territory representatives

Represent a Clinician-Led Model

Promote ProSUM Health’s unique approach of clinical respiratory services combined with DME delivery, focused on improving patient outcomes.

Our sales team is supported by a clinician-led respiratory team including respiratory therapists and experienced intake specialists, allowing sales professionals to focus on building relationships while our clinical team delivers exceptional patient care.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for hunters — professionals who know how to build relationships, open doors, and grow referral pipelines.

Required

  • 2+ years healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or DME sales experience
  • Proven track record of generating referrals and growing territory revenue
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based environment

Highly Preferred

  • Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
  • Respiratory, sleep therapy, oxygen, or ventilator sales experience
  • Existing relationships with pulmonary, sleep, or hospital referral sources
  • Respiratory therapist background (RRT/RCP) a plus

Compensation

Base Salary:
$70,000 – $90,000
