Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview


We are looking for a passionate, relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to build and grow LumenCraft’s presence in the Hyderabad region.


This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role, ideal for someone who understands façade lighting deeply and has strong relationships with lighting consultants, architects, developers, and government stakeholders.


You will not be selling products alone — you will be building specification influence, shaping market perception, and helping establish LumenCraft as a preferred brand in the region.



Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with:

• Lighting consultants

• Architects

• Developers

• Government and institutional stakeholders

• Drive specifier-led sales by securing BOQ inclusion and brand approval

• Identify and develop new project opportunities in the region

• Own the regional sales pipeline from specification to order closure

• Collaborate closely with:

• Applications / controls engineers

• Design and execution teams

• Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution and maintain customer satisfaction

• Track opportunities, forecasts, and regional performance metrics

• Contribute inputs to pricing strategy, market positioning, and growth planning



Who We’re Looking For


Must-have:

• Proven experience in façade lighting or architectural lighting sales

• Strong, existing relationships with consultants and specifiers in the Hyderabad region

• Ability to independently handle projects end-to-end

• Solid understanding of façade lighting products, systems, and competitors

• Comfortable working in a premium, solution-led sales environment


Good to have:

• Exposure to DMX-based lighting control systems

• Experience selling system solutions (not just luminaires)

• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales reporting
