The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales and distribution strategy for SIZ bottled water across Karachi and other target cities. The role will lead volume growth for 6 litre, 1.5 litre, 500 ml, and 330 ml SKUs through distributor development, market expansion, strong customer relationships, and effective management of the existing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets, distribution targets, and other agreed KPIs
- Manage, guide, and monitor the existing sales team to ensure target achievement and market coverage
- Set clear sales objectives and monitor individual and team performance
- Develop and expand the distributor network in Karachi and other cities
- Appoint, manage, and monitor distributors to ensure effective market coverage
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth across all assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, wholesale customers, and institutional clients
- Identify new business opportunities in retail, corporate, HORECA, and general trade channels
- Ensure market execution, product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends and provide regular feedback
- Lead market visits and support distributors and sales staff in target achievement
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and performance reviews for management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in FMCG, preferably in bottled water, beverages, or related categories
- Proven track record of achieving sales and distribution targets
- Strong experience in distributor development, team management, and channel management
- Experience in Karachi market is strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and business development skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Compensation
Competitive fixed salary plus performance-based incentive. Compensation will depend on experience and relevant industry background.
