We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Central Punjab who will be responsible to lead, manage, and drive regional sales operations by developing and executing effective sales strategies for spices and dessert product lines. The role ensures consistent business growth, market expansion, and achievement of sales targets through strong distributor management, trade marketing, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with company objectives.
· Ensure planning & forecast of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Plan trade activities and promotional schemes to drive category growth.
· Manage distributors and appoint new ones where required.
· Expand market coverage and ensure product availability in all key outlets.
· Monitor primary and secondary sales performance of each distributor.
· Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance excellence.
· Set clear objectives and monitor sales team KPIs.
· Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to execute regional trade promotions.
· Ensure strong in-store visibility and merchandising execution.
· Monitor implementation of display standards and brand presence in the market.
· Gather and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and new product activities.
· Provide insights and recommendations for business growth and competitive advantage.
· Prepare periodic sales and market performance reports.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, distributors, and retailers.
· Resolve trade issues promptly and ensure smooth coordination across the sales network.
· Represent the company in regional trade events and exhibitions.
· Ensure compliance with company pricing, discount, and credit policies.
· Monitor distributor stock levels, claims, and receivables.
· Control regional sales expenses within approved budgets.
Qualifications & Experience:
· 8–10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in a regional management role.
