Regional Sales Specialist (GCC)

We are hiring a Regional Sales & Distribution Manager to lead our operations across the GCC region. The role requires proven expertise in Pharmacy, Haircare, Hair Loss, Nutrition, and Supplement products, with strong experience in managing distributors, pharmacies, and retail networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales & distribution strategy across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman
• Manage distributor partnerships, pharmacies & key retail accounts
• Lead and motivate regional sales teams to achieve growth targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities & ensure compliance
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns & product launches

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred
• 7–10 years experience in pharmacy, healthcare, nutrition, or supplement sales
• Minimum 3–5 years in a GCC regional role
• Strong network across pharmacy & distribution channels
• Excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across GCC

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
