Required Skills/Experience:

• Conscious sedation and AMI management experience required.

Required Credentials:

• You are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding.
• Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Special Requests:

• Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
• Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
• Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
• Block scheduling available, but no more than 4 consecutive shifts.

Unit Details:

• Common patient presentations include chest pain, abdominal pain, minor trauma, and respiratory distress.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend (Friday/Saturday for nights).
• 1 on-call shift in a 28-day schedule; night shift covers night call.
• Major holiday coverage is negotiable; must work some major holidays, including 7/4, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year's Eve/Day.

Floating Requirements:

• ER float positions require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area, specifically East and West ED only. A home base facility will try to be established; however, this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly assigned to. Floating is generally prescheduled, and a schedule will be made in advance so clinicians know which location they will report to.
