Registered Nurse/LPN Required for Office Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from families seeking care.
• Schedule and coordinate home visits with nurses, attendants, and support staff.
• Screen, onboard, and manage caregivers.
• Monitor service quality and handle client feedback or concerns.
• Maintain daily reports, rosters, and performance logs.
• Ensure timely attendance and shift changes for live-in and hourly staff.
• Collaborate with admin and HR for contract and payroll processing.

Requirements:

• Female (25Y and above) Age
• Bachelor’s degree (/Clinical Nursing Assistant/LPN/General Nursing/BSN Nursing).
• Prior experience in healthcare coordination or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
