The Registered Respiratory Therapist role within the St. John’s Medical Center’s NICU/OB Unit offers a unique chance to become part of a dynamic, collaborative interdisciplinary team. This position adds value to patient care and significantly assists individuals with breathing issues.
We currently offer an opportunity for a part time day/night, Registered Respiratory Therapist to support newborn and OB patients in our acute care hospital in Westlake.

A Brief Overview
The therapist is learning and incorporating the mission statement and standards of behavior of his/her hospital or care facility. This therapist performs basic competencies within orientation and provides satisfactory respiratory therapy with minimum supervision.

Position Details/Preferred Qualifications
This role is for our special care nursery, women laboring, and infant resuscitation during deliveries. At least 2 years of experience in the NICU and attending deliveries is strongly preferred. This position is part time, 24 hours per week, Monday-Friday, rotating weekends and holidays: day/night rotation.
