𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

*Manage end-to-end permitting and regulatory approvals for infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, developments)

*Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies to secure approvals

*Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and approval processes

*Track permit submissions, timelines, and approval status

*Review documentation for regulatory compliance and completeness

*Handle multiple permits simultaneously across project phases

*Report permitting progress to client and project stakeholders

*Resolve permitting challenges and delays through proactive authority engagement

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

*Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field

*10–12 years of experience in regulatory and permitting roles

*Proven experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, developments)

*Background in PMC or consultancy environments

*Regulatory / Permitting certifications

*PMP or Legal/Compliance training
