Skinroots is seeking a passionate and result-driven Relationship Manager to manage patient counselling and sales conversions in dermatology, aesthetics, and hair restoration services. The role requires a professional who can combine patient care with sales expertise to deliver outstanding clinic performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and counsel walk-in and referred patients, clearly explaining skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
- Understand patient needs, recommend suitable procedures, and ensure a personalized treatment journey.
- Drive sales conversions by explaining benefits, packages, and treatment outcomes.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets through effective patient counselling.
- Build strong, long-term patient relationships to maximize satisfaction, trust, and repeat visits.
- Handle patient queries, objections, and concerns with empathy while maintaining a consultative sales approach.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate patient data, follow-ups, and CRM updates to track conversions and retention.
- Support promotional campaigns and referral programs to generate new patient leads.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Business, Hospitality, Healthcare preferred).
- Prior experience in Sales, Counselling, or Client Servicing in aesthetics clinic.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and patient care.
- Professional grooming and a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
