Relationship Manager- Deposit
Job Purpose:
To build and manage relationships with individual and corporate clients, focusing on deposit mobilization, portfolio growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires a proactive approach to business development, risk management, and data-driven decision-making through effective reporting and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Deposit Mobilization: S
trategically attract and retain deposits by offering tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with the bank’s objectives.

Portfolio Management:
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring profitability, growth, and alignment with business targets.

Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell banking products, and expand the client base through market intelligence and networking.

Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining high standards of operational integrity.

Risk Management:
Evaluate and manage credit and operational risks associated with client relationships, ensuring sound decision-making and risk mitigation.

Reporting & Presentation:
Utilize Microsoft Excel for preparing client reports, tracking deposit performance, and presenting data insights to management. Proficiency in creating dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and professional presentations is essential.
Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Proven 3-5 years of experience in relationship management and deposit mobilization
