We are looking for a Property Sales Consultant / Relationship Manager to help us launch and grow this exciting new vertical.

About STAKE ONE:

STAKE ONE is designed for discerning investors seeking full ownership in premium real estate off-plan and ready across key markets. This vertical combines our digital-first experience with deep property expertise to guide clients from discovery to transaction with unmatched ease.

What you ll do:

  • Lead Conversion & Sales:
    • Handle high-intent buyer inquiries from digital campaigns, referrals, and partnerships.
    • Qualify clients and guide them through the full property buying journey (off-plan and ready).
    • Present curated property options tailored to their goals and preferences.
    • Close deals with high attention to client experience, timelines, and documentation.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Build trusted relationships with HNWI, retail investors, and international buyers.
    • Maintain regular follow-ups and provide market insights to assist decision-making.
    • Ensure post-sale satisfaction and support referrals or repeat transactions.
  • Market & Product Expertise:
    • Stay up to date with Dubai s and regional off-plan and ready property markets.
    • Understand developer offerings, payment plans, project timelines, and legal processes.
    • Provide clients with transparent, informed recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with internal legal, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience.
    • Work with the acquisition team to provide ongoing feedback about the type of assets
  • Reporting & CRM:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal progress in the CRM.
    • Report key metrics such as sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and market feedback.
