Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Promote Adamjee Life’s corporate insurance and financial solutions to clients and partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and cross-selling of products.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage the sales funnel effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client support.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategy.
- Represent the company in corporate meetings, events, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation; preference will be given to candidates with BBA/MBA (Sales or Marketing).
- Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in the Insurance, Financial, or Banking sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship management and client handling abilities
- Strategic and critical thinking capability
- Knowledge of sales funnel, direct marketing, and corporate business development
