Relationship Manager

Position : Relationship Manager
Location: Head Office (with field visits)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Manages: Team of 10 Relationship Officers
Project: RWF

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 10 Relationship Officers.
• Ensure each officer meets their daily target of 5 new members (Total 100 members/day).
• Monitor performance, provide guidance, and motivate the team.
• Consolidate daily reports and present progress to management.
• Conduct field visits and support the team in challenging cases.
• Organize weekly team meetings to review progress, challenges, and strategy.
• Conduct field training and mentoring for Relationship Officers.
• Liaise with marketing and branding teams to align membership campaigns.
• Analyse membership trends and suggest improvements in outreach strategies.
• Coordinate with welfare program heads to align messaging with real impact stories.
• Handle escalated issues or concerns from potential or existing members.
• Monitor data entry and ensure accuracy of daily and weekly reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of local areas and community dynamics is a strong advantage
• 2–5 years of experience in sales team management, fundraising, or community outreach.
• Strong leadership, planning, and people management skills.
• Driven by purpose and committed to the trust’s mission.
• Proven leadership experience in managing field teams or sales agents.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/monthly targets.
• Proficient in reporting tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software).
• High level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
