Reports to: Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Enroll minimum 5 new members daily for the RWF membership program (Silver, Gold, Platinum).
• Promote the benefits and social impact of becoming a member.
• Conduct outreach activities, visits, and member follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and daily reporting.
• Attend daily morning briefing with the Relationship Manager for task planning.
• Approach potential members in communities, markets, and public areas.
• Use provided promotional material to explain membership benefits.
• Collect basic member information for database and ID card issuance.
• Follow up with leads from previous days to ensure successful registration.
• Share impactful stories or program information to inspire potential members.
• Assist in organizing local awareness or outreach events when needed.

Requirements:

• FA/FSC or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to speak the local language(s) is a plus
• Energetic and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in field sales, fundraising, or community work is a plus.
• Passionate about serving a social cause.
• Friendly, approachable, and persuasive communication style.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and engaging with the public.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones for reporting and data entry.
• Willingness to travel within assigned zones or communities.
