A reputable apartment building project is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage onsite customer engagement, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth through effective sales coordination and relationship management.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong real estate sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client trust while converting prospects into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Welcome and professionally assist walk-in and prospective clients at the site office.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable apartment options.
- Present project details, layouts, pricing plans, and payment structures confidently.
- Handle client concerns, objections, and negotiations effectively.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to enhance conversion and customer satisfaction.
Sales Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and site teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Schedule and manage site visits and client meetings.
- Oversee booking documentation and ensure accuracy in records.
- Support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
- Ensure a professional, transparent, and positive client journey.
- Maintain high standards of communication and presentation.
- Address customer concerns and escalate matters to management when required.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, walk-ins, site visits, and booking status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with approved pricing policies and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketing teams regarding promotions and campaigns.
Process Improvement
- Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements in sales processes.
- Support junior sales or customer service staff when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment.
