A reputable apartment building project is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage onsite customer engagement, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth through effective sales coordination and relationship management.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong real estate sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client trust while converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Welcome and professionally assist walk-in and prospective clients at the site office.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable apartment options.
  • Present project details, layouts, pricing plans, and payment structures confidently.
  • Handle client concerns, objections, and negotiations effectively.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to enhance conversion and customer satisfaction.

Sales Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and site teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Schedule and manage site visits and client meetings.
  • Oversee booking documentation and ensure accuracy in records.
  • Support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

  • Ensure a professional, transparent, and positive client journey.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and presentation.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate matters to management when required.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain detailed records of inquiries, walk-ins, site visits, and booking status.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with approved pricing policies and company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams regarding promotions and campaigns.

Process Improvement

  • Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements in sales processes.
  • Support junior sales or customer service staff when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
