Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager for our travel agency. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, handling corporate and individual travel requirements, increasing sales, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and corporate accounts.
  • Manage travel inquiries including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and holiday packages.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings, and payments.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, vendors, and other travel partners.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and maintain client records, reports, and booking details.
  • Promote company travel products, deals, and services to clients.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in travel agency sales or customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of airline ticketing and travel industry operations.
  • Familiarity with GDS systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre will be preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
  • Good command of MS Office and email communication.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
