Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely communication and trust-based partnerships.
  • Understand client vision, requirements, and budget, and translate them into clear deliverables for the design team.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and project updates, ensuring professional representation of EVA Interiors.

Project & Design Coordination

  • Work closely with Designers, Project Managers, and Planning Engineers to ensure design intent aligns with project execution.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; proactively identify risks and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the technical and commercial teams in preparing proposals, design revisions, and contractual documents.
  • Ensure compliance with EVA Interiors’ SOPs and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Development & Commercial Growth

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
  • Contribute to proposal writing, RFP responses, and tender submissions.
  • Partner with the Marketing & BD teams to enhance EVA Interiors’ brand visibility in the UAE design market.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to refine EVA’s client engagement strategy.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

  • Guide junior Relationship Managers and support staff in managing client portfolios.
  • Share best practices in client communication, project tracking, and conflict resolution.
  • Support training initiatives for design and project teams to enhance client-centric service delivery.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, Project Management, or Business Administration (master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years’ proven experience in client-facing roles within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of design processes, project delivery cycles, and commercial terms in the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and exposure to design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit) is a plus.
