Job Purpose
Responsible to coordinate a team & generating business from respective portfolio.
- Generating Revenue for the bank
- Leading as well as coordinating a team.
- Setting as well as Achieving Targets
- To Maintain & develop ‘Relationship’ with Customers.

Dimensions
- Develop and explore Relationship with Public Sector and Financial Institutions
- Cross selling the existing customers by feeding new products.
- Strengthening and enhancing relationship with Senior, Middle and Branch Management of Public Sector, Financial Institutions & Trade Services.
- Enhanced focus on key decision makers at banks to built strong relationships coupled with an objective to increase risk and non risk business for the bank.
- Market Trade / Treasury and payment products of Mashreqbank.
- Manage client’s profile/KYC, account set-ups, pricing, maintenance and billing of Banks clients.
- Assist Chief Country Representative in tasks relevant to Pakistan Liaison Office.
- Meet annualized revenue targets by aggressive marketing.
- Agreed target on Country Revenue budget

- Coordinating with operation team to handle all investigations and clients queries and successful closure of all issues.

Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships
Establish & develop strong relationship with the banks and importers to improve revenue stream for the bank. Exploring new business opportunities resulting improved coverage to all segments of our business with high quality of customer services.
This Job requires Leadership to maintain good working environment and coordinating with sales and marketing team. Utilizing customer feedbacks through sales & marketing team for the betterment of the customer service & brand development as well
Problem Solving
- Handling all type of queries related to Banks and Public Sector clients.
- Resolving operational issue of local client & Mashreq Network.
- Counseling and coaching fellow colleagues .

Decision Making Authority & Responsibility
- Distribute the imposed targets among the team.
- Setting proper person in proper Place/area based on their caliber & productivity to ensure business.
- Organizing recreational program for the customers and team members.
- Provide service and respond to all customer bank queries independently updating KYC report.
- Preparing call report on a regular basis .

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- University Graduate
- Should have at least four years banking experience ideally in Corporate, financial institutions and Trade operation.
- Knowledge in correspondent banking , trade and clearing business .
- Team Player dedicated and ability to cope with changes and new developments.
- Basic computer knowledge is must.
- Should be conversant in English and Urdu
