Relationship Officer- Banking Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Relationship Officer to promote and sell the company’s banking products to potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell banking products to prospective clients through field visits, referrals, and outbound calls.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance product reach and customer loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries effectively, provide clear product explanations, and assist with documentation and application processing.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, prepare daily sales activity reports, and collaborate with team leaders to achieve individual and team targets.
• Demonstrate proactive attitude, persuasive selling techniques, and exceptional customer service at all times.
• Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor offerings to position products effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Bachelor’s Degree.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

Compensation:

Salary: AED 3,000 + Attractive Commission based on target achievement.
