Remote Business Development Executive

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in-office / remaining days remote)

Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Business Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales coordination. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days of office presence for collaboration, meetings, and reporting, with the remaining days worked remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital outreach
  • Attend in-office strategy meetings, reviews, and coordination sessions (2 days/week)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable training/consulting solutions
  • Schedule and conduct online or in-person meetings with decision-makers
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, L&D, Operations, Finance) for proposals and delivery
  • Update CRM with accurate lead, activity, and conversion data
  • Support proposal follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Meet assigned weekly and monthly targets (leads, meetings, proposals, closures)
  • Submit regular performance and reports
