Job Overview

Wills Tree Services is seeking a dependable and professional Appointment Scheduler to contact incoming leads and schedule tree service estimates.

This position allows you to work from home after completing initial in-office training.

No prior experience is required — we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Call incoming leads in a timely manner
• Schedule estimates for tree service appointments
• Follow a provided call script
• Maintain accurate scheduling records
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Requirements

• Laptop or computer
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Working phone
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone

Schedule

• 2–7 hours per day
• Flexible scheduling within business hours
• Monday–Friday preferred (adjust if needed)

Compensation & Benefits
