About the Role

TeamFicient is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for a high-energy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced outbound calling environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with editors and producers, securing media coverage, and consistently exceeding performance targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 50–100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients and media contacts
  • Pitch editors and producers strategically and persistently pursue until media coverage is successfully secured
  • Track and maintain detailed records of calls, contacts, and placements in CRM systems
  • Own and monitor personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Repurpose successful placements and wins to create new opportunities and expand client reach
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the media industry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine pitch strategies and optimize conversion rates
  • Stay organized and self-directed while managing a high volume of daily activities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, preferably within the US market
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Proven track record of persistence, resilience, and achieving sales goals in a competitive environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Passionate about phone-based sales and driven by closing deals
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in media relations, public relations, or working with editors and producers
  • Familiarity with the media landscape and understanding of editorial processes
  • Background in B2B sales or professional services
  • Track record of exceeding quota and sales targets consistently
