Remote Project Manager – Marketing Tools (Mailchimp & Calendly

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager who has hands-on experience with Mailchimp and Calendly to join our remote team. This role requires strong leadership, training, and team management skills, along with the ability to run projects smoothly using modern digital tools.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and oversee projects in training programs, recruitment, and sales
• Lead teams, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of results
• Use Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns and client communication
• Use Calendly for scheduling, client meetings, and team coordination
• Provide training and mentorship to team members

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of training experience
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp and Calendly
• Fluent in English with a stable internet connection

Contract & Payment

• Contract Type: Milestone-based via Upwork
• Work Mode: Remote
• Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid)
• Rate: $8/hr (discussed one-to-one)
• Payment: Biweekly
• Must align with CET hours
