Job Title: Rent A Car Sales Agent

Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,200

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Rent A Car Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle rentals, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the rental process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with vehicle rental inquiries (walk-in, phone, and online)
• Explain rental terms, pricing, insurance options, and company policies clearly
• Upsell additional services such as insurance, GPS, and upgrades
• Prepare rental agreements and ensure accurate documentation
• Verify customer documents (driving license, Emirates ID, passport, visa)
• Coordinate with operations for vehicle availability and delivery
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and returns
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue
• Follow company procedures and UAE traffic and rental regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in rent a car sales or automotive/customer service preferred
• Good communication and sales skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, rental software)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Knowledge of UAE roads and locations is a plus
