Replenishment Manager

Job Overview:
Hi-Street is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Replenishment Manager to manage and optimize stock flow across all retail outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, minimize stock issues, and support overall sales performance through effective replenishment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock allocation and replenishment across all stores
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability
• Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for timely stock transfers
• Analyze sales trends and demand patterns to forecast replenishment needs
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and inventory reports
• Minimize stock-outs and avoid overstock situations
• Handle inter-store transfers efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory or replenishment management, preferably in retail
• Strong analytical skills with good command of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
