Shifa Foundation established in 1991, a sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., Islamabad is a Not-for-Profit organization implementing various projects across Sindh, Punjab, and KPK.

We invite sealed quotations from reputable vendors for Lunch Arrangement and Serving Services for an upcoming event:

Event Details:

• Venue: Pak China Friendship Centre, Islamabad
• Serving Date: October 11, 2025
• Participants: 800 persons

Chicken Biryani (portion)

Chicken Seekh Kabab (2 pcs)

Chicken Karahi (portion)

Roghni Naan (2 half)

Zeera Raita & Salad (portion)

Kheer (portion)

Soft Drink (330ml)

Mineral Water (500ml)

Terms & Conditions:

• Vendors must submit sealed quotations including all applicable taxes, transportation, and delivery charges.
• Deadline for submission: September 12, 2025
• Quotations must be clearly labelled with vendor’s name and project reference.
• Late or unsealed quotations will not be accepted.
• Selection will be based on price competitiveness, compliance with requirements, and proven experience.
• Preference will be given to vendors with relevant past experience.
